Doctor Reinhart,
Typically I don't write reviews, but here we go.
On March 16th, I found you to be very thoughtful and I felt like you cared about what you could learn about my situation with another image of your own. When I left, I was confident that we could come up with a plan that suits me best, whether you would suggest an injection or not.
I did get the impression I would see you for my follow through appointment and was surprised that it was not the case. When I expressed my concern to the receptionist about why I was going to see a PA for my next appointment she said, "Oh... he tells everybody that."
I believe you should communicate that to your patients yourself. I feel like being straight with us about what to expect would show you are confident in your staff. I left thinking, " well, are the results going to be relayed to me with His review & opinion, or hers? I'm still curious about the answer to my question.
FYI, I've seen the PA (at Inland Pain Center in Colton (unbeknownst to me), before I even met the Pain Specialist! He was unprofessional, rude and willing to suggest an injection right away which is why I came to you for a second opinion. I'm glad I didn't jump right in and do that without seeing a doctor!
Also, while making my next appointment at your office, a patient got out of her chair and approached me from behind and whispered, "make your appointment with Amber (I think that was her name) not the other one." So I did.
I'm sure I speak for others when I say, I would rather hear from you that I'm going to be seeing a PA rather than a receptionist telling me. It Just feels more secure.
I'm happy I met you and I'll be back soon.
Thank you for your time and I look forward to some sort of plan even it's physical therapy.
My back was feeling better after 10
treatments but I think I answered their final test questions wrong, for they stopped my treatment because my scores were lower, showing that I wasn't getting better compared to when I started therapy.
That's not true.
Again, Thank you, much appreciation and gratitude!
Elizabeth
